It is with great pride that we announce the promotion of Francis Daley to the position Chef at the National Yacht Club. Francis has served the Club very well as our Sous Chef for the past two and a half years and we look forward to his continued excellent culinary work as our Chef.
Eric Griffiths will move up to the position of Sous Chef. Eric is a great cook and is approaching his one-year anniversary with the Club. Together with Chef Francis, they are an excellent core on which we will build our kitchen staff team for the coming season.
