- Featuring working Omelet and Pasta stations, as well as a carving station serving Roast Beef au Jus and Apple & Sage Stuffed Pork Loin
- The buffet will have Breakfast Classics including Sausage, Bacon, Home Fries and Scrambled Eggs. As well as cereal with milk and assorted mini quiche.

- Fresh Mussels in Zesty Marinara Sauce, Grilled Chicken Breast with a White Wine Mushroom Cream Sauce and Grilled Seasonal Vegetables
