To all Participants:  On water security will be monitoring the marine traffic at the entrance to the western gap.  Please be advised that G20 Security requires that the issued G20 C&C Owners identification flag be visible from the backstay of all participating yachts. The flag will be issued via the Regatta's Skipper's Bags

This NYC carnival, complete with spectacular sailing races, Mardi Gras costumes (award/prize for the best), ceremonies, and street dancing. We provide fun and enjoyment for all.
