- Right to a Dock: $7,000.00 plus $200.00 per foot over 30 feet*
- Annual Fees:
- Dues: $3336.00 which includes Spousal Membership and $354.00 Land Capital Fee**
- Dock Fees: $42.22 per foot of boat or dock which includes a Dock Capital Fee.***
- Dining Minimum: $55.00 per month
- Volunteer Hours: 20 hours or $50.00 per hour
- Optional Fees:
- Winter Storage: $4.29 per square foot (length x beam)
- In-Water Winter Storage: $4,000 + Metered Hydro
