Fee Details

• One Time Fee
  • Initiation: $3,000.00 plus $100.00 per linear foot over 30 feet
• Annual Fees:
  • Dues: $3429.00 which includes Spousal Membership and $372.00 Land Capital Fee**
  • Swing Mooring Fee: $16.55 per linear foot of vessel length
  • Dining Room Minimum: $55.00 per month
  • Volunteer Hours: 25 hours or $75.00 per hour
• Optional Fees:
  • Winter Storage Fee: $4.40 per square foot (length x beam)

  • Right to a Dock: $7,000.00 plus $200.00 per foot over 30 feet*
• Annual Fees:
  • Dues: $3429.00 which includes Spousal Membership and $372.00 Land Capital Fee**
  • Dock Fees: $45.20 per foot of boat or dock which includes a $28.27 Dock Capital Fee.***
  • Dining Minimum: $55.00 per month
  • Volunteer Hours: 25 hours or $75.00 per hour
• Optional Fees:
  • Winter Storage: $4.40 per square foot (length x beam)

Dry parking on trailers with crane launch and haul, maximum 30' and 4000 lbs.

• One Time Fee
  • Initiation: $500.00 30 yrs of age OR $1,000.00 Over 30 yrs of age
• Annual Fees:
  • Dues: $3429.00**
  • Summer Fee: $454.16
  • Dining Room Minimum: $55.00 per month
  • Volunteer Hours: 25 hours or $75.00 per hour
• Optional Fees:
  • Winter Storage Fee: $4.40 per square foot (length x beam)

Dinghy parking, maximum 17' and 600 lbs.

• Annual Fees:
  • Dues: $892.00
  • Summer Fee: $167.32
  • Dining Room Minimum: $45.00 per month (May to October only)
• Optional Fees:
  • Winter Storage Fee: $4.40 per square foot (length x beam)  $162.98 minimum

Full access to crew and social amenities for up to 20 members.

• Annual Dues: $2,563.00 up to 20 Members, $150 each thereafter
